When visiting the beachside resort town of Sea Isle, New Jersey, you could be forgiven for worrying about where to stay. Here on Seawindsofseaisle.com we have a search for a number of vacation rentals which make a great alternative to the hotel experience giving you the freedom of a large living space compared to a cramped hotel.

There are a wide variety of accommodations available in this part of Cape May County, especially in the hotel and rental range. Most such shore hotels are of the holiday-inn variety, and one should expect clean and well-furnished – if not always luxurious – rooms that come at a reasonable rate. The official Sea Isle Website is a good place to start investigating, with a few hotels recurrently pulling up good customer reviews.

When looking at NJ hotels of high repute, one that stands out is the Colonnade Inn, a Victorian-style seaside building that features such opulent extras as jacuzzis and gas fireplaces in its 19 rooms. Each room is said to have “a unique character”, and a variety of options from the standard “Deluxe” room to three-person suites are available. With a history dating back to the 1800s and relatively affordable pricing, the Colonnade should definitely be considered by anyone with a taste for the finer points of luxury.

The Sea Isle Inn is a more prosaic sort of lodging, with a stereotypical beach-resort décor (pool and sun included) and the basic amenities like individual bathrooms and free parking. A lounge for evening relaxation and a package goods store can be found on the premises, and the motel is located only a stone’s throw away from the city center of Sea Isle, allowing easy access to cinemas and restaurants. The Sea Isle Inn is suited more towards larger groups and families, especially considering its centrality and affordability. Such options are a taste of the accommodation options provided at Sea Isle City: in the summer, hotel rooms are tough to get so the earlier you book, the better.  Still, the discerning traveler should be able to get a good deal.

While the few hotels in Sea Isle are a good option, the vacation rental option has a number of advantages. In addition to the extra living space, you get a full kitchen, sometimes a private pool, a homely atmosphere, and if you work through Seawindsofseaisle.com you get a sales agents who will take good care of you and make sure that your vacation rental lives up to your expectations.
